This «situation» was resolved thanks to my bank! They took the payment back from your company. It was over a month from the time I cancelled and the bank returned my money to me.
The resolution had nothing to do with you or your company and I would still caution people not to trust you as the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT OF CANADA means nothing to you!
If you don’t have integrity, you can’t be trustworthy.
