I do like Gap for the most part, but this outlet isn’t great. It’s always a huge mess, and the staff don’t seem to want to be there. I’ve never been greeted until I get up to the till. The prices there aren’t much better than sales at the regular stores, so I never make a special trip out it I will stop in if I happen to be in the area. I did manage to get a pair of pants for my son for a decent price to go with his Dr. Who costume, so I guess that’s something. If the staff put a bit more effort into maintaining the store and actually helping customers, it would be a more pleasant shopping experience, and might be more worth the trip.

I don’t know why this place is getting such bad reviews. It had great selection, very reasonable prices and there were plenty of choices to choose from. I’ll definitely be going back!

Shopped here for baby clothes thinking I could get a good deal. There really wasn’t much selection and the prices weren’t very good for an outlet store — I actually got a better deal at the regular Gap store. Store was also really untidy, staff on the floor but not offering assistance and the lady that«helped» me at the register looked like she REALLY didnt want to be there! Theres actually a REALLY nice baby store about 2 doors down if you’re looking for baby/kids wear. Tons of selection and really cheap too! I don’t think I will be going back to this store.

I was disappointed on this store I went a Tuesday afternoon the store seem really messy for being open for 3 hours. Shirts were untidy and I waited for someone to check me into the fitting room no one did so I went in myself then the dressing room was full of clothes. They also had 4 staff on the floor and no one asked if I needed anything which was the only store in my visit to south common today. The reason it got 2 stars instead of 1 is cause they had good specials but the jeans were also messy and hard to find my size they had the shelves marked by size but my size was not on the proper shelf.

I am a fan of the Gap outlet store! I shop here often for shirts and I always find a great deal. Yes, the clothes are on the plainer side, but that is Gap style, and I like it. I went in here today in search of some tank tops and ended up finding two: one on sale for $ 7.99 and the other one, not on sale, for $ 24.99. I was a little confused as to why so little fabric was costing me that much in an outlet store, but I loved the shirt, so I sucked it up and bought it. The staff were less than helpful. I went to the front and asked the sales lady to check the price of the shirt, just in case it was on sale. She just scanned the shirt and began to process my order. She spent the entire time talking to her friend. This kind of annoyed me. Gap outlet is awesome though, because you will always get a good deal here!

I’m not a big fan of GAP in general so I wasn’t surprised when I wasn’t blown away by their outlet store. My issue with GAP is that they aren’t unique. Everything is very plain and, to be honest, it all looks alike! At least for the most part. The outlet store is bigger than most GAP stores but it has the same kinds of things — plain clothes for men and women. It kind of reminded me of Old Navy in a way(I’m not a huge fan of them either) because of the size of the store, the colors, and the style of clothing. There were some decent sale prices but not enough to make me buy something. If you’re into GAP, you will love this store! If you’re like me, keep on walking!

Gap outlet carries a lot of plain styled clothes, nothing really unique, nothing with personality. It is a big store and reminded me a little bit of Old Navy. Usually at outlet stores you can get your hands on some good finds but I didn’t have that experience here. I wasn’t really looking for anything in particular and was just browsing but nothing jumped out at me. Gap is still just a store you go to when you want plain shirts or t shirts and it does that pretty well.

So my sister-in-law and I were on a mission for my brother; we were trying to find a sweater without a hood. I, personally, was surprised at how big the store actually is, meaning there was lots of clothes there! We walked around in the men’s department but we didn’t have anything luck with finding the specific sweater style for my brother. There were some great looking classic hooded sweaters that are always nice and warm to have this time of year. There were lots of things to look at in the women’s section but it was all a little disappointing. Not to many of the styles jumped out at me. There were some PJ pants that looked really nice and felt very comfortable; there was a matching top that could be bought to match the pants. Out of the whole store I would say the kid’s section was the most interesting since the styles of clothes were nicer. If you were looking for something plain and really cheap then I should let you know that there were some shirts on for less than $ 3; they weren’t too bad looking, pretty plain shirts with a V-neck or a oval neck in solid colors. They did have some cute winter hats but they didn’t seem like there were very warm; they were more for fashion instead of warmth.
