I quite like getting my money exchanged at ICE. Located on the departures 2nd floor of the airport, across from security between the Air Canada and WestJet area, it is a very convenient location for me. There are other locations after getting through security as well. I always use the super easy Click and Collect feature online (or by phone, but I always use the web), which allows you to place your order up to a year ahead of time, and basically have your currency reserved and ready to be picked up free of service charges at the ICE location of your choice.
