I bought a battery here on June, 4 months ago. Their batteries cost more but I assumed I would get a better quality of battery and service. After using this battery a handful of times I noticed that one of my terminals was melted. I went in today to see what they would do for me. The counter clerk called Orest (manager /​owner?) over who spent all of 5 seconds telling «nothing can be done» and walked away. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT A COMPANY THAT CARES SO LITTLE FOR CUSTOMERS. Get ANY other battery because these opportunists do not even stand behind a battery that is four months old.

Friendly and incredibly helpful. Went out of their way to find the best price for the car battery I needed with a very reasonable (compared to places like Canadian Tire) installation charge. They’ll buy back old batteries by weight and also sell consumer electronics batteries (think NiMH AAs) as well as charger and booster kits.
