I lost the emerald from my engagement ring and was able to purchase a lovely replacement stone in another country. After 30 plus years the original ring was far too small and the replacement stone was much larger. However the jeweler at JEDCO was able to renovate the original ring and setting as well as adjusting my original wedding ring to fit with the «new» ring. Not only are these people fine craftsman, they also understand the sentimental value of a ring, phoning me at home to discuss the possible damage to the engraving inside the wedding band. I love that I was able to keep my original rings and I am thrilled with the new look. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Watch stopped while strolling down Jasper so hit the Unilocal app to see closest place to get a new battery. Helpful little locator told me I was standing right in front of this place — took me a moment to find it on the second floor of an office building.
Once buzzed in, was surprised at how big this jewellery store is and filled with inventory. You’d think a street front location would serve them better, but this seems to be working. The salesman/​technician was helpful and threw in a new battery and I was on my way in minutes.

Dale at Jedco is highly recommended for his workmanship, expertise, creativity, trust, patience and perseverance in customer satisfaction. He is very personable and I appreciate the time he spent explaining the technique in the design, what was expected in the market if I was to sell the ring and what was a better alternative. Moreover, very reasonable priced for high quality workmanship. I had gone to 2 other establishments who did not give me the time of day as they assumed that all I wanted to do was sell the ring. I will definitely be returning to Jedco!

I found out about Jedco when I asked my Edmonton Twitter friends where a good place was to find reasonably priced gold jewelry in the city. More than one person recommended Jedco, which I had previously never heard of. A small shop on the second floor of the Melton Building on Jasper Avenue, Jedco is full of gold and silver chains, pendants, and rings galore in a variety of styles. I was looking for a specific length and style of gold chain and I found it — at about half the price of a similar chain in another store I was in recently. Jedco manufactures a lot of what they sell and their prices are well below retail. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have layaway, which I took advantage of. I look forward to bringing home my beautiful chain in a few months!
