Went in tonight looking for a cord for my gopro, which I have been unable to find anywhere in the city! These. Guys had the right cord, were able to show me the other accessories I was looking for, and were able to answer plenty of questions about my gopro. They also assured me I could return the cord if for some reason it didn’t fit (I was a bit unsure about the size of it). Awesome experience– I would definitely come here rather than a big box store for cameras and accessories!

I was looking for a simple tripod. They said I had to wait 2 weeks. They also said I was going to get a confirmation call so I could know when to pick it up. I had to call them back because no one ever called me. It is hard to believe that a store that specializes in cameras and all kinds of accessories do not have a tripod available. I had to cancel my order. The service provided was poor and I wasted my time, luckily not my money. In one phrase, it was just disappointing.
P. S. Did I mention that their products are really expensive? I am sure you knew that already.

Looking for a camera accessory, these folks were very helpful and knew not only the item I needed they could recite the model number… wow!
Lucky for me they had the item in stock and said it was not a hard to find item (unlike the sales folk at Black’s).
Very customer focused and interested in photography.
Will definitely be back for other camera items, so much nicer than a Best Buy or major retail chain that relies upon marginal product knowledge staff.
