All MK stores are pretty much the same no matter where you go, and that’s a good thing! You know what you are going to get, that the prices are going to be the same everywhere. So the only real difference is the size of the store and the staff. The size of this store is good, made even better by the fact that the entrance is very large and open to the mall. The staff seems to be fairly new and different every time I go in, but on my last visit there was an extremely helpful and fun young gentleman that assisted me in my purchase of my latest set of boots. If you specifically are looking to shop MK in YEG, I suggest this one over WEM: There is sheltered parking with an escalator that takes you directly from the parking lot to the store. And, Southgate is always going to be a calmer environment then the craziness of WEM.
