I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Modz n Repairs! Before sending in my Xbox 360 slim for a repair I emailed with them back and forth about the problems I was having and they responded quickly and politely. I shipped my console from America after discovering them online, so I placed a lot of trust in them with my system. They never let me down. They clearly communicated every aspect of the process. Even when they were busy with other repairs they made time to keep me updated on the progress. After receiving my Xbox 360 back it works flawlessly. They even cleaned out the fan for me! The price was fair and very well worth it. Needless to say, these guys are awesome and I’d definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend them.

We came across this place when my boyfriends PS3 decided to finally give up the ghost and he fell victim to the blinking red light of doom. I will admit I was a little skeptical when we went to drop the system off due to the small size of the business as well as the neighborhood it’s located in but these guys are great! We paid $ 107.00 altogether and that included them dropping the system off when they were done which was such a nice option to have being in the midst of the recent cold snap and not owning a car. When we got it back it turned on but was not reading discs so we called them and they were able to quickly assess what the problem was and readily admitted they forgot to reattach a ribbon when they had it opened up. A full apology was given and they made no attempt to get extra money for taking it in a second time. For being true gaming professionals as well as cheering up my boyfriend I salute you Modz n Repairs!!!
