Patti Proctor

When we decided to make the move to Edmonton from Halifax based on a job offer I received, Patti came highly recommended from my VP whom he had used when purchasing his house while making an international move a few years ago.
For the three days that we were in Edmonton for our house hunting trip, Patti spent most of that time in constant touch with us. We gave her the profile of the areas and homes we were looking for in advance, and she compiled a number that fit our criteria — and then deftly changed directions when we changed some of those criteria while here.
We ended up purchasing a new infill in Old Strathcona and worked tirelessly on our behalf despite having to declare a conflict (her brokerage also represented the builder). When she found out that there were a couple of items not completely finished by our closing date, she worked all day to ensure they were taken care of so the house was move-​in ready (as we’d been living in a hotel with pets for a couple of days prior to closing, we REALLY wanted to be in our new place on time).
The whole time she was very professional. This was our third time using a Realtor and the previous time when we purchased our house in Halifax was in complete contrast to Patti (the Halifax agent was a very poor experience). Patti made the purchase as smooth as possible, and allowed us to focus our thoughts on other aspects of the move.
We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home — particularly those in central Edmonton.
