Terrible customer service… they dont deserve any stars… Tried to get warranty work… took months. Still waiting on parts and other warranty work. No one returns calls, no one rerturns emails. Tried to fill out thier online service request… doesnt work. Called to talk to a manager and who ever answered the phone(I dont think it was the manager) did not care what my concerns were. Blew me off. Sweet as can be when you are buying a tub… but treat customers lousy after they get the money! If I were to do it all over again, I would have bought our tub somewhere else. If I could I would ask for my extended warranty money back!!! I dont know how this place stays in business! Check out thier other reviews!!!

I purchased a hot tub from polar spas six years ago and will never purchase a hot tub from these guys again. Make sure you ask specifically about when the spa came off the assembly line, whether it was returned by a previous owner. Show them you are being diligent. Get the serial number of the spa you are purchasing. Write it down. When I purchased the hot tub they at first said it would be delivered right away. It took a month for delivery and after several calls. Finally, when the hot tub was delivered they forgot to provide a manual, but said they had to deliver it. They never did. Even after I went to the shop, they couldn’t find a manual, and again promised to deliver it. It never came. Within one month of getting the hot tub, the connections to the pump blew apart. This was the middle of winter, so it was urgent they come out as it was on warranty. It took three days for them to come out. Make sure you look at the warranty closely for metrics on response time. Some gaskets were replaced, although I was astonished something would blow apart so quickly. The more surprising event was this happened three times in the first year. Beware, Polar Spa will try and blame you. They will start asking if you put any chemicals in it that weren’t purchased from them etc., of course, looking for the opportunity to negate the warranty. The electrician that set it up, commented that he believed the tub was second hand because of some wear on the electrical hookup, internal within the box. I didn’t believe this and asked another electrician if he could look at it. He was certain it was second hand. He said there was no question and pointed out the plate which was supposed to have specs clearly on it. It was warn out. This all seemed to make sense to me especially considering the problems, no manual, etc. Polar Spa would have nothing of this and suggestd that chlorine will wear these things down. I told them the wear had occurred before it was hooked up at my location. This was several months after I had it, so difficult to prove then. After the hot tub came off warranty I used another repair guy, nothing to do with Polar Spas, who was very knowledgeable on the industry. When I told him where I bought it from he just shook his head. When I told him about the ongoing saga, he said he had heard it many times before. All I can say is I will never go to these guys again.
