I went in for a box of chocolates for my boyfriends parents and left happy after enjoying their fantastic customer service. It was super busy but the girl working still took the time to come over to greet me and assist me in selecting something to buy. I don’t like to be a burden when I see staff being worked hard in a busy store but she made sure that I knew that if I didn’t see anything I liked on the floor that they would gladly package and wrap an assortment of my choosing from their chocolate case. Speaking of the wrap I love the gorgeous paper that Purdy’s wraps their boxes in. It changes from holiday to holiday and they are so well wrapped I wish they taught a class for chronic gift bag buyers like myself who can’t wrap to save our lives.
The prices are quite fair in my opinion considering the quality of the chocolate. I got a milk chocolate assortment for $ 25.00 and with four people picking at it there was still lots left over afterwards. With the renovations they did earlier in the year and it’s wonderful staff Purdy’s at City Center is a warm, inviting, and wonderful place to shop for something sweet for yourself or someone special.

Sweet Georgia Brown treats are creamy caramel, salted whole pecan and milk chocolate. Purdy’s sells these milk chocolate gems and I love them (Purdy’s & the Chocolates).
A box of 8 Sweet Georgia Brown’s sell for $ 15.95 but it is cheaper if you purchase 4 packets of two each which will save you a dollar.
Purdy’s does a fine job in creating and selling for a reasonable price their chocolates of all sorts and nuts and ice cream.

Purdy’s Chocolates are affordable, taste super yummay, and those hedgehogs can put a smile on anyone’s face. The selection is awesome. Hedgehogs, of course are the must try at least once!!!, Truffles, chocolates with all kinds of different nuts, Kahlua chocolates are heavenly!!! English Toffees. Dark, milk and white chocolate bars are extremely good. Mostly everything comes packaged in Purdy’s signature purple and gold boxes. They sell ice-​cream as well though I have never tried. I love Purdy’s for any gift giving occasion or if one of my loved ones has had a bad day. You can find a lovely treat for anyone in your life for less than $ 10, and that price also works for my kids if they want to cheer me up!~ LOL~
During any holiday season, all Purdy’s locations tend to get busy, but customer service never suffers because of that, and sales associates remain friendly, helpful, and always looking like they enjoy their jobs.
I have dealt with Flora B. quite a bit, and she is a sweet girl. She clearly enjoys her job, and she is always friendly and is professional.
Their recycle bags, 99 cents, are beyond adorable and feature the lovely hedgehog and beautiful signature purple colour. They are what I would call a small medium bag, which I find very useful and cute!
