Worst nail place ever. They could not do shellac nails and made my cuticles bleed in pain. The first lady was nice, but kept telling me how dry my skin was(like I didn’t know that already.) She did a terrible job on my toes, too. The second lady tried to redeem the errors of the first, but over an hour later, it was just too late. I was soo, soo disappointed. In the end, my toes looked okay, but the finger nails looked worse than when I arrived. What was so odd was that the place was extremely busy – although half of the clientele was under the age of 8 – but one mother told me that she’d «never do anything complicated there.» Great. My cuticles were still bleeding the next day. When I asked about them at Shoppers next door, the esthetician informed me that they«don’t properly clean their tools.» She then told me that the last time she’d visited there, she’d returned with a wart. Great. Note: The only two cities worth visiting for nails are LA and NY. Please tell me of any other 4 – 5 star experiences you’ve had if you beg to differ. When traveling anywhere else, I’ll opt to go mani/pedi-less. I always thought that our selection was limited in Vancouver – until I came here. Never again.
