Quizno’s Classic Subs

Quizno’s is usually pretty standard. I haven’t had a bad experience, in any location. I tried the pretzel bread and was actually surprised about how soft it was. Even better going through the toaster. The toppings on my sandwich are always piled high and very tasty.

I typically don’t contact head offices in regards to a location
However I have Visited this location numerous times now and thing don’t appear to be getting better…
Me and my co-​workers decided to visit the location on 11 120 142^st Edmonton AB
The Location was not busy however we were not greeted by the two girls behind the counter.
Once it was time to place my order I wanted the gluten free bread that was «unavailable»
I ordered the Traditional with no onions.
I was rung through by an employee who didn’t want to put down her cell phone to give me the time of day
I was given my cup for the fountain drink the pop was flat they were clearly out of carbonation because it was equivalent to root beer juice…
They were also out of the signature lemonade and have been every time I have visited which is also disappointing.
The stand where the condiments were was dirty and had sauce everywhere and they were low on everything…
I know I attended shortly after a lunch rush and I understand that these things happen.
however like I said this location has been below standard many times.
I do go to other locations often and really have no issues.

This location is close to my house so I come here regularly. The food is good and for the most part the service is excellent. Some of the staff need some training on how to use their loyalty card system that they have in place. It’s not usually busy when I am here so service is fast, no waiting in line. On the occasions that it has been busy, they move things along quickly. Parking can be a little tight at lunch but there is another parking lot very close by.
