This was my go-to bubble tea spot, since It was close my house and more convenient. I kept coming back, even though the bubble tea didn’t taste like bubble tea, because of the location. Its not worth it though. Customer service is just… not really there. Its hard to even describe it in words. They aren’t mean, but they aren’t excited about seeing you either. I’d appreciate a smile every once in a while, or a «you’re welcome» after saying thank you. Now for the bubble tea, they do not use fresh fruit. Its powder. Several times, their blender doesn’t mix everything well enough so I’d have a glob of powder at the bottom just sitting there. It tastes powdery, and reminds me of those gross powdery-sugary drinks my mom would buy and mix with water when I was a kid(anyone else had those before?). They charge almost the same as other places(if not the same). Overall, I would much rather go to a bubble tea place that’s farther, than visit Rainbow Bubble Tea.

Rainbow Bubble Tea at Londonderry is such a simple concept there really is nothing not to love. An important thing to know before stopping by is that there is no food on the menu only tea, coffee, and bubble tea naturally. It is my go to spot if I want to grab a quick beverage before heading to the bus as I know im not going to get stuck behind someone ordering multiple food items for themselves and the people back at their work. I do find their bubble tea a little sweeter than Tea Fusion which is my other favorite bubble tea spot but I do think Rainbow has better tapioca. A pet peeve of mine is when my consumption time is doubled by having to chew tapioca balls like they are starburst candies but I never have that problem when I order from Rainbow. If you like good bubble tea Rainbow has what you are after… happy sipping friends!
