Rexall Place

From Monster Trucks to Madonna to Hockey night in Canada, Rexall houses it all!
I’m pretty satisfied with Rexall but most definitely looking forward to the new arena opening next year!
Recall could do for some improvements — especially in the food department. Edmonton is filled with awesome local food goodies and it’d be nice to see some more offerings here (kinda like Safeco Field in Seattle).
I do appreciate that there is a Starbucks inside even though the options are quite limited.
There are quite a few washrooms here and even a family one (bonus).
the stairs are kinda crazy everywhere and the place feels a bit like a wild goose chase sometimes if it were not for the awesome staff to help you find your hidden seats.
One pet peeve of mine is the parking lot run by Rexall, past Axe Music, where they charge you $ 10 to park but the Rexall parking staff aren’t there past the start of the show/​concert/​game so your cars aren’t really being watched over or safe, it’s just a money grab.
I’ve been impressed with the sound quality here given the venue size and age of the building. I know I’ll visit here many more times before the new arena is opened.
