We had been using them for several years to clean the jets in the furnace and check the fireplace however the last experience was not good. The man finished well within the hour but spent 20 minutes writing up the report in his vehicle! Which put us well over the hour. Boy was I mad and filed a complaint with the company. Have not used them since. This was 3 years ago.
