Worst experience ever had problem with dishwasher, they kept repairing it but error codes kept showing up. Finally after 8 months of back and forth they finally replaced it. But I had to wait 3 months the get the new dishwasher, because they kept changing the delivery date. I thought I would give they a second chance big mistake, the oven I ordered for Nov won’t come in now until Jan. I don’t understand why it takes so long or an appliance to be delivered. I will never order or buy anything threw Sears.

We came in yesterday to purchase a new fridge, and Tyler came to help. He was very friendly, personable & knowledgeable. He helped us find a fridge very quickly (there are many different choices to pick from) — and we were processed and out of the store in less than 25 minutes.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a couch and love seat for our rec room. Sears Home Central was one of our stops.
They have a decent selection of living room furniture like couches, end tables, coffee tables and recliners. However, the majority of their couches were leather and microfibre, which we were absolutely not looking for. Our couches in our living room are microfibre and we dislike them immensely.
Sears Home Central also has a decent stock of appliance and the prices were very reasonable. We bought our daughter’s dresser here and found dealing with them to be very easy. We had to order it and pick it up, which was a bit of a hassle, but will certainly pay extra to have it delivered next time.
We did buy our couch and love seat at Sears and found a lovely brown and gold plush set which goes perfectly in our rec room. This time we had it delivered!
