Apparently this is the most expensive subway in Edmonton. Why not though, the line is always half way across SUB. When all my other options have run out, I will purchase food from subway, although I’m probably not very happy about it. They are quick, as with all subways and they don’t engage with their customers, but you can’t really expect anything more from a fast food chain.

Sometimes I don’t have a lunch, and I am also very frugal. Hence, I go to Subway rather than pretty much anywhere else around the U of A. I can get a 6″ sub for $ 3.66 which satisfies the cheap-​o in me.
Sure, all Subways/​fast food joints are the same, but it does seem like the service is a bit faster here. Impressive considering how many people are always in the restaurant. The veggies are fresh and crisp and I’ve never had a problem here. The staff are always pretty nice — they don’t look like they hate their lives like some other fast food workers.
Good if you need something cheap! and quick.

This Subway is a favorite of mine. When I am working at the hospital and have forgotten my breakfast/​lunch/​dinner/​second dinner (I work 12 hour shifts you end up eating a lot!) then this is where I usually go. This subway is usually clean, service is usually fast, and veggies are usually fresh. I really don’t require much more from a sandwich shop, so I am happy!

When it comes to a healthy fast food option, Subway delivers. Clean efficiant and reasonable food at reasonable prices.
A little uninspiring, but open all the time, and sometimes you just want what is easy.

If I’m in the mood for something quick and healthy, I usually run over to this location of Subway. At peak hours, a line-​up can form because of its proximity to the University of Alberta and the U of A hospital. But the staff here are friendly and well-​trained. I have to give mega-​props for their ability to make a good sub at such a high speed!
I like the amount of seating this location has and they usually have a good selection of soups and cookies to add to your meal.
