I bought a house a few years ago with a hot water on demand system. These new hot water systems are energy efficient and relatively inexpensive to maintain. The challenge however is that when they do break down, you need to find someone who knows what they are doing to fix them because they are quite different than a traditional hot water tank.
I called Super Green because I was not getting any hot water, ever and asked them for a referral to a plumber. I was amazed to find out that I could actually use their plumber and that they had experience with this type of system.
The plumber showed up to our call on time and was clean and polite. He was able to fix the problem and even charged me for less time than he was there because the problem took longer to diagnose than he thought it should.
This level of professionalism is awesome, I wouldn’t hesitate to give Super Green a call if any of the green technology in my house dies, or if I am ready to install something new like a sky light or energy efficient lighting.
