I had an outstanding experience at this location.
When we initially walked in, the sales associate (Lee) was on the phone so we also got time to browse a bit ahead. I had been laying on one mattress I liked and when Lee got off the phone he came right over to help us.
I was absolutely clueless about mattresses and had been googling the best brands and every single one seemed to be rated ²⁄₅ stars. i was ultimately just going for the one that felt most comfortable. He explained to me the 2 different types of mattresses and the one I had initially picked was actually totally wrong for me. I am a side sleeper and this one was meant more for back sleepers.
He took about 4 minutes to explain coils and springs to me and once I told him I was a side sleeper he explained to me the difference in coil counts and let me try the different types to see the difference. He also took time to explain the difference in gel tops and memory foam toppers.
At no time during my visit did I feel like he was trying to sell me on the most expensive, but rather outlined the great features of each mattress (even the less expensive ones). When I made my final decision he went over the Brick policy for returns with me which sold me even more. 6 months to return a mattress? Can’t really go wrong there.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase :)!

I had a really good experience at this place.
We went in here looking for a mattress. We didn’t want to buy one right then, but we wanted to learn more about what we should buy when the time came.
The gentleman who worked there was great. He didn’t approach us at first (he was on a telephone call) so we got to browse a bit before hand.
When he was free, he asked what we were looking for and if we needed any help. We did.
He explained to us what the best kind of mattresses were for side sleepers and what were best for back sleepers. He showed us the different coils that came in the different brands. He was sooooo helpful!
We laid on a few different mattresses and figured out what we liked best. They had some great sales on too. The one we liked best was even one of the sale items!
We didn’t buy anything right then and there but we did take a business card and I know that when we decided to buy that mattress, it’s him we will be going to see. He was really helpful and really great.
It’s the best place for mattresses that I’ve ever been to!
