The Chopped Leaf

I’ve gone here quite a few times and it seems to be hit and miss. I would suggest ordering online and then picking up as this location always has a long line at lunch!!!
My most recent experience was sub par to say the least. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I ordered a simple started salad with no protein… I probably waited almost another 10 min to get my salad, of which had clumps of dressing. If you are going to take that long to make a salad you might as well get the dressing evenly displace
Although I like the menu, the quality is not worth the wait and a small salad costs $ 6 – 8.

Came here on the recommendation of a coworker… Great location in van vilet and was excited to try it based on her fantastic reviews.
Sadly, this place did not meet expectations. My $ 9 salad was tiny (I’d hardly pay more for a much larger and fresher one at a grocery store). The ingredients were super lack lustre (giant pieces of not very fresh lettuce) and the chicken was barely edible. Really poor quality meat that has likely never resembled a chicken breast.
About what can be expected from fast food but based on reviews at other locations I expected better. Overall, found it not very good and expensive. A bad combination.
Won’t be going back.
