It really is a shame that other people have had bad experiences here. I however, had a great one. My son is absolutely terrified of the dentist and it’s has been a wild ride this last year with him needing so much work, I’ve had my fair share of dentists. I’ve been to pediatrics, adult dentists, everything you can imagine. And he’s still absolutely terrified. So his dad finally found this place to get his spacers put in. And all I can say is wow! The girls helped calm him Down(when I’ve been turned away because of his phobia), and they got the spacers In and we were out within 20 minutes. He direct billing was easy, and painless(no pun intended). I would most definitely come back for my teeth needs as well. Good job!

If I could give a 0 I would. The office wants your drivers and sin and then photos of your child. The office staff are abusive. They don’t tell you when you call to book then tell you that if you leave they will charge you a cancel fee for things they didn’t tell you. They take the insurance info and charged us 4x for 1 appointment! Do yourself a favour, book somewhere else.

I no longer choose to go to this clinic as they were not able to provide me with a clinic privacy policy when the receptionist asked to take my photo for their patient records. The excuse was to prevent fraud. But they gave me some hokey story about patients not paying what is due and that being fraud. Sorry lady but that isn’t fraud. The fact that they couldn’t provide me with a patient consent form to take my photo leads me to believe that their staff is not properly trained in patient information privacy. It’s unfortunate as I loved this clinic but I don’t want to go to a clinic that doesn’t tell me exactly what personal information they keep and use and for what purposes. That is a total deal breaker.
