Arrived about an hour late but did call 45 minutes later to let me know he was on route. Was very thorough in trying to identify the cause of the problem with the gutter/​downspout. Very professional and communicated well with me through the repairs ensuring I was comfortable with the work that would be done. A receipt was provided. Would definitely use The Gutter Doctor again.

Did the job well. though did not provide me with a receipt for service. Kept informing that will get the receipt to me, but didn’t.
Would be more professional if they could provide receipts.
Otherwise satisfied with their actual work and would have given additional stars.
