Tim Hortons

I mean, call me basic, but I love Tim Hortons. I shamelessly love their sugary drinks and loaded bagels. This Tim Hortons is a standout for their quick service, happy staff, and general cleanliness. There is also quite a bit of natural light!

This is the fastest drive-​thru ever even when there are long line ups!!! I never wait for my order longer than 5 mins. Mind you that is from 06:00 — 8:00am, I am not sure about the other times. I actually sometimes get a little annoyed how fast they are cause I feel like they are trying to rush me out of there. Their staff is very friendly so you can’t really get mad.

Terrible Tim Hortons. So bad that I’ve started taking my own coffee and breakfast to work because this is the closest Tim’s to my house and I refuse to spend another dime there.
Orders are regularly wrong. And not just minor screw ups. I ordered a roasted red pepper soup the other day, opened it up at lunch and it was chicken noodle. Like c’mon. I ordered it at 5am without another soul in the restaurant. That’s just careless. And that’s just one incident in a long line of unpleasant experiences.
Their food is really poor too. Soups are often runny and tasteless, bagels are sloppy with a small dollop of cream cheese haphazardly thrown in the middle. The whole place just has a vibe of it’s employees not giving a sh&t.

Not one of the best timmys in edmonton. Never review restaurants but its gets my gears going today when they first of all gave me the wrong smoothie. My Canadian maple donut was also burned and disgusting and to top that off my sandwich was not toasted (which I asked) it also had the wrong sauce on it and they barely put any chicken in it. Such a joke, go to the timmys on the other side of the street

A must stop for me almost every day when I go visit home.
