My coffee was fine but the drive thru was really backed up and seemed to be moving very slowly. One of my friends had something wrong with order, forget what it was but they got the wrong drink and wrong food.

The only reason I go to this Tim Horton’s is it’s two minutes away from work. If we had another choice to go to a different store five times a day, we will. Service is incredibly slow and the orders are incorrect most of the time. I have given up on ordering ‘extra large english breakfast tea triple triple’ in this store because for one, I ask them to put two bags in and they don’t, second, it’s either triple milk or triple sugar but never both, and lastly, I ask for the dome lid but always get regular. Also when I order Timbits, I always ask for all chocolate which has yet to happen. We always have to check and go back. It is very infuriating to spend so much time because the orders are wrong — what was the point of the drive thru then? Starbucks have more complicated orders so I really don’t see what the problem is here. Very disappointing. This problem has only recently arisen since they had a change of staff, before I would have given them a four star or five star rating. Not sure why the change, it’s definitely not for the better.
