Tim Hortons

Very surprised to see good reviews for this Timmys. It’s about a block from my house so I’ve walked here a million times. But I’m finally just going to say screw it all together because this Tims is just not worth the hassle.
If you come at 8:01 PM they will absolutely NOT make a panini for you. At exactly 8:00 apparently they turn off the panini press and will not warm up any more of the pre-​made steak. They told me this was Tims «policy». However, there is another Tims up the street at a gas station that was able to make me a panini after 8:00pm. In fact, when I went it was 10:30 or so. So this isn’t Tims «policy» its just that they are too lazy to make panini’s after 8:00 for some reason… Or is it?
No, it’s not. It depends on the employees on shift that particular day. Because I bought a panini at this location at 9:00 pm tonight.
So basically what I am saying is that when employees do not feel like making a certain food item they will just say that policy does not allow them to do so. I mean it’s a fast food place, it’s not like any of these items take a ton of time to make. They don’t just do this for panini’s, they do it for the crispy chicken sandwhich and other menu items. It’s so weird! Like why even do this? This Tims remains open for hours later than the panini press does! Why shut it off? Then they all act like it’s such a big deal for them to be serving you in the first place? Bleh.
Anyways this location is not worth it to me which is too bad because it’s 2 minutes away! But thankfully there are other Tims in the area that are super close and willing to serve you menu items after 8:00.

I’m not a huge fan of Tim Hortons and don’t really make a habit of going here often. But once in a while I crave a donut or pastry. Especially if their seasonal features are something I enjoy!
The service here is average and comparable to most Tim Horton locations. Usually pretty fast service even over the hour. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Even going as far as recommending a combo when it’s going to save you money.
The food here is the same as any location, predictable and usually fresh! The odd time you’ll get a mostly stale timbit but I never hesitate to ask for a different kind if the ones I’ve chosen aren’t as fresh as I would like.
This location is always clean with no trays or garbage laying around.
The only small complaint I have with this location is when I am having my lunch to stay it’s never put on a plate… The next time I will have to remember to ask!

For a lunch time rush, it was fast! I waited in line for maybe 5 mins. I got my coffee and off I went back to work.
I like this Tim Horton’s, the customer service was excellent!

One of my favorite Timmy’s! The service is usually fast inside and in the drive thru. The employees are really friendly, the store isn’t always packed so you can find a good place to sit.
Sadly in the evening their selection of donuts are limited
I would definitely come back again!

This Tim Hortons is walking distance from my house and I enjoy going here.
There coffee is always fresh and hot. The store looks presentable and they have all the coffee canister organized nicely on the shelves.
The donuts, danishes and all the other pastries in the display case is always looking fresh and replenished. They are hardly low on anything.
The staff are very knowledgeable, hard working and very friendly. I just love receiving there customer service here.
There’s always a morning rush, but I am always pleasantly surprised how fast they get my order and it’s alway corrert.
I get my Tims and I also get to work on time!
