U Mess It We Clean It

Frustrating to deal with owner as he just chats you up about the different techniques he uses and brags about how big is clientele has gotten. I don’t really care about any of that as long as my house looks and smells clean! We agreed upon a price of a «fall» clean and carpet clean at 390 in a 1700 sq ft duplex plus the basement. My boyfriend and I decided we didn’t need the basement done and asked him to adjust price and said it’ll only be cheaper by 30 $. The day comes and he tries to add another 30 $ for a 2×2 spot where my dogs have lightly soiled the carpet. So I said to over look it as our carpets will be replaced soon. He said a fall clean is not like a regular clean, it’s a full meal deal, top to bottom, walls, baseboards etc. Come home and my tv stand inside is still dusty, walls were not spot cleaned, stairs were not done to the basement like asked, my stove was still caked with GUNK! Surface of cupboards and microwave and dishwasher were not cleaned. Everything else was good. The carpet clean was fantastic however they were contracted out to this company. He then didn’t offer a discount when he came to collect payment. I should have looked at reviews online before booking. Owner is a nice guy but you can tell he’s just after the $$$. 430 $ later it’s a disappointment.
