My replacement parts arrived today!!! So a note to thank you again for your
outstanding customer service. I am beyond pleased with how Tracy and Elmira Stove
Works addressed my concerns. I have never had any company even remotely consider
replacing 10 year old parts. In this day and age all I can do is «like you» and
comment on Facebook …5 Stars in Unilocal… and assure you anytime I have the
