Amazon Indoor Playground

I am not picky by any means, but this place was such a disappointment. Brought my kid for the first time recently and wasted $ 10 for her to play with a total of 3 ride on toys, a bouncy castle and a miriade of junky old toys and books. The carpet was dirty, the washrooms were filled with dirty diapers– refused to change my kid in there because of the smell. Certainly wont be back– i hope there are cleaner, better organized places than this for young ones in etobicoke!

This is the second birthday party we’ve held at Amazon Indoor Playground and couldn’t be more pleased. For a birthday party for kids 2 – 6 years old, this place is perfect. What’s nice about it is that it’s not too big. It’s a great size and all parties are completely private (unlike a lot of other playgrounds in Etobicoke). There is a locking gate to ensure that kids don’t get out unnoticed. We had our first party here 3 years ago and enjoyed it then. It’s now under new management and we found it to be even more fabulous. They now include plastic plates, cups etc (great for the environment), tea and coffee for the adults, juice for the kids — all in the party package. The two helpers that they provided were amazing. They helped set out our stuff, they served all the food, they wrote down all the names of the children and parents as they arrived, they cleaned up completely after (including bagging and boxing all of our stuff, leftovers and the gifts). It was seamless. The party pricing is reasonable. And most importantly, the kids love it! My son just turned five and it was the perfect size for them ((the bouncy castle was a big hit too). And the fact that it’s a wooden play structure is really nice too. When we were leaving at the end of the night, the staff was busily disinfecting everything (including the slides and chairs etc. with spray. A clean and fun place to have a birthday party!

This was a great little place. If it was bigger the ride around toys would make sense. Otherwise it was a great daytime drop in for my 2 year old

Visited here on a gloriously sunny Sunday afternoon for a birthday party for a 2 year old child.
Other than being located in a sketchy strip mall, staff on hand made it a positive experience in dealing with 20 – 25 kids and the parents for 2 hours.
Employees were straightforward with their answers and military-​strict with time constraints, as I’m sure with a busy schedule that little Jimmy’s parents would complain if they couldn’t have access to the slide because little Mary’s festivities ran over time allowance.
Convenient bar set up for setting up food and beverages. I believe staff help clean up, just to keep things moving on time.

Space is TINY, and my kids got terrible colds after visiting which in my experience means that they don’t clean their toys and surfaces properly or frequently. Coffee was not made and there were no clean mugs and yet the staff member at the front desk just sat there on his computer.
Not only is the space small but there are ride-​on toys everywhere and no where to ride them. What is the point of that??? The other toys there are very limited and in bad shape.
Don’t waste your time or money. $ 10 per child for this crap?
