one of the better locations, across the spectrum of the «indigo» business, lots of room to see books, and home décor items. lots of parking, this location also has a starbucks inside of it.
all of the workers seem to be in a great mood, and i feel bad for them because they seem to be bothered every minute of anytime im in the store.
one tiny negative, with the massive inventory that they are holding, they have no maps, saying which section is where within the store, and ive come to find out that, its because the corporate higher ups use the store for re-​organization purposes.

I love bookstores, and I love to spend some time browsing and flipping through the books and having a generally pleasant time.
I would have enjoyed it more, though, if this store were organized better. It was nothing but an exercise in frustration going through the fiction section. I am not sure if it was a matter of the store being in transition, or what was going on, but the «General Non Fiction» shelves included a number of books that should have been filed in the fantasy or science fiction shelves, which were incredibly tiny as it was. It make finding anything incredibly difficult, as it was hard to tell if they just didn’t carry a particular author, or if it was mistakenly shelved elsewhere.
Service was perfectly polite, the Starbucks inside is pretty comfortable and a good place to relax. However, if a bookstore wants to compete with Amazon, they really need to have their stuff together and not annoy the customer.

I had a problem with a product I bought at another Chapters branch almost one year ago, and today I received some fantastic customer service at this location regarding my issue. The customer service rep was helpful, then she involved her direct manager, who then involved another manager. They were all professional, efficient and supported each other — and I left very satisfied. Thank you!

This is a huge store. It’s very well organized and kept up. We were greeted and asked if we needed assistance and the woman that helped us was very friendly and sweet. Their children’s and teen sections are bigger than most other stores so we were able to find quite a bit here. I’ll definitely return.
