I had my braces done overseas and my inner retainers snapped about three days ago. This was the only place that was willing to help me despite the fact that I did not get my braces done personally by the doctor. On the phone, the receptionist sounded impatient but in person, she was the nicest bubbly Asian lady ever. So friendly and chatty. Dr. Leung came in pretty late so punctuality isn’t this clinic’s forte. But everything else was superb. Price was a big concern for me since I’m fresh out of college with no insurance. He was thorough and honest with all the options that were available and was patient when explaining. For $ 60 bucks, it was very cheap compared to other clinics but expensive for what the service actually was(i.e. cutting a piece of wire and shaving off any leftover pieces that might cut my tongue). However, doctors do need to make a living and the fact that they came to the rescue makes it well worth it. Usually, most clinics won’t bother making a mere $ 60 from a patient. I guess Asians really do try to seize every opportunity they can to make money. But I’m not going to complain because that’s what makes them reliable. I will be a permanent customer from now on.

Dr. Leung has always been my dentist, ever since my first visit to him as a young child. He has taken care of all my cavities, straightened my teeth with braces and retainers, and he even took out my wisdom teeth. He takes care of all things teeth. As an adult, I have decent teeth and most of the credit goes to him. He’s located in the centre of Chinatown and I have fond memories of coming downtown from Mississauga and shopping after dentist appointments. Nowadays, I still go to Dr. Leung because if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
