Oh my, I walked in here for the first time today (after not having gone into a Payless Shoe Source for several years) and realized that after all this time, the company still has not improved the quality of its products. The styles are always a tad last year, and for the love of god! The company uses way too much PVC instead of leather. The stitching and cutting of the shoes is also quite poor. You could get much better quality shoes at better prices if you went to an outlet mall.
That being said, if you need some cheap shoes in a pinch that you’ll wear once, this is the place. And, the staff were über friendly.

This location always has good sales. I try not to go too often so I don’t overspend since the quality is not even worth the sale prices. I mostly get sneakers here get a few wears out of them and that’s it.
