Great salon with superior service. Staff pay attention to smallest of details and take their time in getting in right and done properly.
Long, Tracey and Andy know their stuff and it shows in the level of care they extend to all services done at Queen Nails. It’s my new «go-​to» salon and I’m telling family and friends the same!

I was in the area for grocery shopping and saw QUEEN NAILS open… I need a manicure — shellac and guess what? My first time experienced doing manicure with Long, Tracey and another guy was awesome! They really took their time and so warm ambiance and laughing, sharing stories with each other.

Great experience. Was in a rush and able to get pedi and acrylic mani under 2hours.
Long is the best for pedi. Took his time and paid attention to every detail. Nice massage.
They don’t talk to you much. Which is relaxing.
Would have gave 5 stars but I was very confused with the final price.

I tried to ask why but broken English; again I was in a rush. I will go back when I have more time to be pampered.
Also they had a deal for mani and pedi free eye brow waxing.

I got my nails done here today. They were really nice and professional. If I noticed something I didn’t like she fixed it. They gave us a 10% off too to keep us coming back. Great selection of polish and shellac and he even said they were getting 15 more colours that day. Only thing I wish they did was cut my cuticles. I usually just keep my real nails but did acrylic to switch it up and I didn’t realize your cuticles don’t get cut. I think that’s a norm for all places though … Just my cuticles are so bad and needed it… I gave 4 stars because there was also no massage. My mom got manicure which usually includes one. All in all this was a good place. Very friendly. Good selection of polish.

My first time visiting this place, and I can say this was one of the best manicure/​pedicures I’ve ever gotten. My nails literally looked perfect — the gentleman who did my nails was such a perfectionist. There’s parking in the back, and the people working there are extremely friendly. Location is great because it’s on the queensway, so I can go there after work as I travel back west, and avoid traffic. Would definitely recommend this place — I’ll be going back!

First time visiting in search of a new nail salon. This place is fairly small and has defiantly seen better days .
The lady attending to me didn’t seem very interested in keeping me as a regular as I was getting my nails filled.
Asked her how long she had been doing nails and she only responded with a vague «very long time.» I was simply curious as I saw her workmanship with both application of the acrylic powder itself and the polish later on…
Somewhat unnerving to see a surplus of nail buffer blocks in the back, but she’s using one that is dropping pieces as she’s going along.
I always enjoy people talking in different languages and laughing. Makes me feel welcome and valued. (Sarcasm)
With so many nail salons in all of Toronto, I believe places like these need to step it up a bit.
I gave 2 stars for the fact that she did address my concerns in fixing mistakes that would’ve never been fixed had I not mentioned. My nails did end up looking good in the end. Not awesome. Not fabulous. Just good.
They could really take the time with so many girls there on their phones to make an effort instead to take a customers jacket or purse and help them as they are unable to do these simple things with oil or wet polish on their hands.

Very nice place, today was my 1 time at Queen Nails and for sure not the last one. Much quicker than my old place i used to do my uv gel&shellac but still good oh… and Diana’s nail design is so pretty! Joanna

First time coming to this place and she did such a great job. The prices are fair and she doesn’t take forever to do them. I did acrylic and she did a really good job. Going back next week for a pedicure!
