had to come here to get my phone/​internet plan switched.
after about 10 minutes of waiting I was brought over to a booth for a more closer conversation, what transpired was one of the best experiences ive had with a professional on the rogers end of things. I was told that I was valued as a customer after my long tenure of being one, offered discounts and an upgrade with a better plan (both phone and internet) for less money.
much like the Queensway location, this store knows how to do business properly, and effortlessly. very very happy, and highly recommended to come to this location.
