For years I used H&R Block for my tax preparation services, and every year they messed my taxes up. Always had to have an adjustment and they often missed credits I told them I had (for example, the new graduate staying in ns to work tax credit).
FINALLY I tried something new. Lisa Barry Newman of LBN Bookkeepign has done my taxes for the last two years, she makes sure she has everything you need and will research if you have special circumstances (if you are disabled, etc…). She has also done small business taxes for friends I sent to her. Every last one of them sang her praises and will be using her services again this year.
Bonus: She has an extremely charming Irish accent! Slainte!
