Great little spot to visit in the Ottawa valley. For starters — the beer is amazing. I highly recommend the spiced orange IPA(it tastes like pumpkin pie). All of their beers taste delicious, however, and there are not any that I dislike. The only downside of course is that their beers are a little bit pricey, although this is to be expected when you visit a microbrewery. This place also opened a little bistro recently and the food is amazing. I had the gourmet mac and cheese and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. It was served piping hot(just the way I like it) which made for an absolutely excellent meal. Again, the only downside is that the items on the menu are a little bit expensive considering the smaller portion sizes. Staff in both the bistro and the brewery are very friendly and helpful and love to engage in conversations with you. I will most definitely be back here next time I take a trip out that way.
