Hotties Mobile Pasta Bar and Catering

Hotties was a pleasure to work with! Their food was delicious and the service was fantastic. They showed up early and had everything ready to go at our church event for over 200 adults and kids. We would gladly have them back again and we’re looking forward to checking out their new store front soon!

I just tried their strawberry crêpe — and it was great. I’m saving the 5^th star for after I have some of their pasta.
Great unique food-​truck concept, super friendly staff, and a tasty, tasty product.
I’ll definitely be looking for them in the future.

I had a great time at this mobile pasta bar at the Langley Farmers Market. They call it a food truck, but it is an experience. Lovic offered to play some music, and I stayed to talk for 30 minutes. Very personable. This is the kind of restaurant that needs to replace fast food chain restaurants!
The special of the day, Almond Chicken Aglio Oglio, is an Italian inspired masterpiece. At $ 12, it was moderately priced, but I would gladly give these people the money.

Loved the food, hefty portions, real home cookin’ Italiano style! (me moms from Calabria so Id like to think I know what I’m talking about ;P)
They do a great job of making you feel at home, welcome and full of good food!
The Pancrepes (like a crêpe) were stuffed with Strawberries, Nutella and whipped cream, their delicate and soft with a little fluffiness to them, a unique take on traditional crepes and a delicious one at that.
For my main dish I had the Mushroom Grilled Chicken Four cheese tortellini special and it was mouthwateringly good!
Pasta was cooked to perfection, al dente, filling was a nice smooth blend of cheeses and the sauce was a velvety besciamella (google it;) with hints of white wine and the right amount of fresh parsley. The chicken was generous, tender and added a great texture to the creaminess. My dish followed through on the finish as they topped it off with REAL Parmiggiano Reggiano! That alone is worth five stars!
Highly recommend these guys! Definitely going to have them cater my anniversary this summer! Grazie Chiara and Alessandro for a great experience. See you again soon.

Disappointing. Commercial packaged pasta, commercial sauce from a jar, sprinkled with kraft Parmesan cheese. Really? At least use real Parmesan cheese.
