Buffalo started out good but, unfortunately, never returned my calls after we experienced the same issue with our air conditioner.

Was charged over $ 200 for a furnace repair, but the problem was not fixed. Tried to call the number that was on the invoice, but that number was not in service. I found a different number to contact him, but he now says the problem is not fixable. Not happy that I was charged this much to fix a problem that was unfixable.
FOLLOW UP: The next furnace repair guy that I called fixed the issue with no problem for less money.
