Amazing authentic Thai food. Thai spring rolls were tasty and made to order. Tom Khao Gai soup is a great dish to share as an appetizer. Lunch menu is $ 8.25 Very friendly owner.

Amazing curry! Unassuming little place with a friendly owner. I had the green curry and it was full of flavour, and spice that didn’t distract from the flavour. I highly recommend grabbing some take out either on your way up the Sunshine Coast or back to the ferry. You’ll think about it until you plan your next trip through!

Ok, I really like this place. You have to live here to understand. Mom and pop shop, super sweet couple, great food, long waits. You say long waits? Yes, but it’s ok because they are super busy and make no bones about it. Locals just order knowing it will be around 45 minutes. If you’re coming over on the ferry, do just that. Order peanut sauce.

We were so sad when we left Gibsons in 2008, since we’d just found this fantastic Thai place. Almost seven years later, I’m so glad they are still around and we make a point of coming to this restaurant every time we visit the Coast. The food is fresh. Super fresh. Authentic. Delicious. Affordable. They will put the pedal down if you have a ferry to catch(Thai picnic on the ferry beats the pants off the White Spot inspired cafeteria). Closed Monday/Tuesday, accepts cash and debit. Totally worth the trip :)
