UNBELIEVABLE! Bought mattress and freezer. Paid $ 70. to be Delivered and mattress was bunching and lumpy. Freezer handle could not be changed to other side (owner said they would change handle side prior to delivery) Wanted it returned and they told me I would have to ppay to pick up. EXCUSE ME??? Attitude extremely bad. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DON’T deal with these people. Lyle and Lorene Hagedorn are the owners. They’re an embarrassment to Sears Canada. Deal with Sears Canada directly should you purchase anything.
