C’est Belge

We discovered this place in October 2013 and has been back every time we visit Bromont area. Their eggs benedict are the best I’ve ever had in my life. Tried el’caracole and Le Tramway and we don’t want to order anything else but these 2 dishes. When we return to Boston we would talk about their eggs Benedict for the best few days… yes it’s that good.

We had an awesome lunch at c’est belge. I enjoyed a spinach cream soup that was DIVINE. My main meal was a quiche of the day with sausage and carmelized onions with a side salad and roasted potatoes that was just fantastic. My partner had a sausage plate, also with salad and potatoes, that was similarly enjoyable. The maitre’d was super helpful with choosing a menu item for our kids that would be suitable — a breakfast plate which was very inexpensive and with a little bit of everything (egg, bagon, crêpe, fruit done into a face to please the toddler, yogurt, etc) in order to keep small children happy. The table service was superior with plates cleared at exactly the right moment, extra cutlery /​dishes for children delivered instantly, etc etc. Just fantastic. Would go back in a heartbeat. We felt thoroughly spoiled, and that is hard to do for parents with young kids trying to make it through a restaurant meal in peace! Really awesome.

Bouffe — Gauffres belges «to die for» ! Leurs variétés de déjeuner/​brunch d’oeufs bénédictins valent définitivement le détour.
Ambiance — très simple, acceuillant, et décoré de fond en comble d’article et de biblos belges. Superbe !
