Great shop to find local meats/​eggs, gluten free foods, and supplements. They have a good variety of bars. I love that they have vegan marshmallows! Although, I wouldn’t exactly call this a ‘natural’ food shop as you will find many products, especially protein-​supplements filled with very unnatural ingredients too.

So here’s my honest review. I’m not one to typically shop at health food stores, but Paris Natural Foods is an exception. The staff is always friendly and very helpful in helping you find anything you need.
Now let’s get to 90% of the reason why I go here: the frozen yogurt. If you live in Sudbury and love frozen yogurt, but you HAVEN’T been to Paris Natural Foods for froyo, I don’t know what you’re doing with your life. It’s heavenly every time.
If you’re not going to shop for health food, at least stop by for frozen yogurt. Thank me later.
