My Pizza Place

I’m surprised at the bad reviews. This is one of my go-​to pizza places in Guelph. Most of the people I’ve introduced this place to have also really enjoyed it. It’s the middle ground between Pizza Pizza and Pizza Hut — not too dry and not too greasy. They’ve never gotten an order wrong and I’ve never had to wait long for my pizza. The prices are good and they usually have some kind of deal for a three-​topping pizza. I think this may be an issue of only the few people with really bad experiences have taken the time to review this place. Give it a try! I’ve been going here for years and it’s good!

I went in the other day and ordered a vegetarian pizza only 3 toppings. I returned to pick it up and walked home. When I made it home I found after biting into my pizza that there were bacon bits all over my «vegetarian» pizza. I called and was told that a new pizza would be made for me. I ordered the same pizza over the phone. I was told to come by in 15 minutes
when I came by I was told that they had no idea what I was talking about. No one had made my pizza. The manager told his employees that he had asked them to make me a pizza but the two employees seemed to suggest they had given that pizza to someone else. I was told to wait. I waited another 15 – 20 minutes and finally received my pizza. This pizza had less toppings than my first one and was pretty disappointing. No one apologized to me and no one seemed to think it was a problem that I had wasted over an hour and my money just to get a subpar pizza. Not at all impressed. I will not be going back and I cannot recommend this place to anyone else.

This is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had. Love the crust, sauce, all the toppings are fresh and the meat is delicious. I recommend this place to all my friends and family when they come to Guelph! Plus the staff are really friendly and they have a good 3 topping pizza deal.

While cheap, the quality and taste of this pizza is reminiscent of the frozen stuff from the supermarket.
