Just Like Home Doggy Boarding

I had been to several doggy daycares for a consult in the HRM area with my shy nervous dog. Dragging her into a yard full of 50 excited dogs at the get go was never going to work. She actually snarled at those people (so would’ve I).
Then, we found Barb and Lloyd. Dogs can tell who loves them. Within 5 minutes she was totally at home, responding to their affection, and playing with the other dogs. It is a home-​like atmosphere, they do have some kennels if that is what your dog is used to. I suspect my girl sleeps on the couch. I have no qualms about leaving her there for1−2 week holidays and don’t worry one bit. They have a security system and lots of separate yards plus a long run.
These people truly love dogs, and it shows. It’s well worth the drive from Halifax.
