I would love to give these guys a positive review. I mean they came recommended by someone whose opinion I trust. The thing is, after a month of trying to get them to even return a call to come and give me a quote, I have given up. I tried to leave a note on the ‘request a quote’ web page… nada. I called at different times of the day and days of the week… oh sure, you can speak to a lovely lady who will take your particulars but when challenged with ‘why are you taking messages and no one gets back to me?’…well honey, we are just the answering service. Sigh. So I give up. It must be nice to be so busy that you cannot even take the time to tell me you are too busy.
