Up front, I’ve only had a smoothie from here. It was only about 8 oz and it was about $ 7. I understand having fresh healthy ingredients can be pricey but I thought this was a little over the time. Everything else looked okay but I’m not likely to go back after that experience. The smoothie was a pretty standard basic smoothie that somehow managed to lack flavour.

Great little place for raw and vegan deliciousness. Their produce is mostly organic but definitely local and directly from farms where they use organic style of farming, so no sprays, nor hormones and non-GMO. I had a green juice which I thoroughly enjoyed!

Organic, raw, local, vegan. It’s everything I look for in a business! They also offer cleanses, workshops, fresh pressed juices, smoothies, salads and a fridge full of amazing, raw, guilt free desserts and treats(may I suggest the blueberry macaroons or raw choco berry cheesecake)!! The owners are fantastic and passionate about bringing raw eats to the next level!,

This was my first time here, I’ve thought about going many times but just never got around to it, until now. I was feeling like a liquid breakfast(non-alcoholic) and I had a sore throat. I comboed those two attributes and picked out a green juice pumped full of ginger. I’m not a huge ginger fan, but I know it’s good for you when you’ve got a cold. I’m not a believer in magic, but this green magic potion worked for my sore throat! I swear it was 90% better after I drank the juice. The juice, that by the way, tasted pretty good. It was nice and smooth, no clumps of veg or fruit. I would strongly recommend going here for whatever ails you, start your morning right with a juice or smoothie.

Oh Fruition, with your raw, fresh vegan goodness… you make me so very happy. You also make me feel like I’ve done one very nice thing for my body. :) I visited the Seaport Market today to pick up a healthy lunch. It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I almost always get the same things — pad thai and chia pudding so I decided on a new combo. The garden burger was awesome, so much flavour and I’ve been a big fan of the cashew mayo for a looooong time. I opted for the lunch special — garden burger with a side of power porridge with goji berries and cranberries and freshly made almond milk. It was all so delicious. And rather than feel like a lump of squidge following a big lunch, I just feel pleasantly full and refreshed. ** Oh, and on a side note, the nutrition classes are starting again this weekend with an introduction to raw food. I also noticed there are sessions all about raw chocolate, fermenting and drying your own food. Jessie is a wealth of nutritional knowledge and at $ 25 a workshop, that’s a terrific investment on your health.

I am an honest and straight forward person, so I will be quick and blatant. I went into Fruition and decided on their raw vegan burger. I had low expectations as many of the raw restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to eat at in the past, provided me with bland and small portions. I got my burger which was of decent proportion and of seemingly good value. By the time I was done, I had my mind made up. DELICIOUS and filling. There deserts and freshly made drinks are great too. Definitely one place(located at the Halifax Seaport Market) to not overlook. Just great.

Fruition is a raw vegan eatery located in the Halifax Seaport Market. Although the menu looks simplistic, the food tastes divine and puts a new spin on classic dishes. I admit, I am always skeptical when trying raw prepared food. I haven’t had a lot of luck enjoying the places I have tried but Fruition is an exception. I absolutely loved it. It was flavorful, filling and just plain delicious. I had the gardenburger and a blueberry macaroon for dessert. Both of which left me satisfied. I also felt extremely honored that Seth recognized me from The Vegan Peach. It really made my day and felt like what I am doing is impacting the vegan community. On top of the delicious food, we were given a cute little pin(which is now permanently on my purse) and a discount card for next time in. I officially declare Fruition the best raw vegan restaurant according to The Vegan Peach!

Mike and I don’t often get to the market, and even when we do we don’t always have time to check out every corner of the second floor. I didn’t know Fruition even existed until this past weekend, tucked away behind Bramoso(sp) Pizza. The BEST dairy-free cheesecake I’ve ever had. It’s no easy feat to make a rich, creamy dessert with no dairy, but they’ve nailed it. They also carry dips, puddings, veggie burgers … everything looked fabulous. We picked up a container of spinach dip as well, which is also incredibly tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and when you«dine in» they give you real dinnerware as opposed to plastic/cardboard, which I appreciated. A great experience we plan on repeating!

I first heard of these guys over the summer and I only had known at that time that they sold kale chips and they also did a really nice veg burger in the great picnic event held over the summer. I have come to learn they also set up at the new farmers market and sell a wide selection of raw vegan food. I am not a vegetarian however I do still eat all the things a raw vegan would eat simply because I am trying my best to eat healthy and everything you will find they make is super healthy and very tasty as well.

I originally checked out Fruition because my boyfriend knows the(fantastic!) couple that own it and I am SO glad we did! Sadly, I’m frequently working when they’re open but whenever I have a market-morning off you can be sure that I will be heading to Fruition! Always fresh, handmade and delicious, Jessie and Seth of Fruition offer a variety of raw, vegan, and organic products using local ingredients at reasonable prices. While I usually opt for the garden burger, I also love the beet salad, dips, kale krisps, and patés, and the chocolate almond bars and blueberry macaroons are simply TODIEFOR. Really. They’re also great on the social media front – always updating Twitter and Facebook to let you know what is available, what’s selling out quickly and what is coming soon. I highly recommend you check them out no matter what your alimentary lifestyle. Seriously – cheap healthy lunch deals? Can’t go wrong.
