Horrible customer service. I’ve went in there once or twice with a friend and the people serving the customers were extremely rude and ignorant. Every time I went into the shop I did not feel comfortable or welcome.

Oh how I needed this place to be perfect…
See, I tend to talk with my hands. It’s a French thing. I’ve knocked a few glasses over in my day. But never an iPhone. Never a friend’s iPhone. On the sidewalk. Screen side down. Any idea the sound it makes as it shatters? My heart, I mean… not the phone.
I googled repair places in Halifax and came across Net Effect. Called them up and they said they could do it that same day, in about 2 hours. They did!
Great job, great price, quick service. What more can you ask for?
