Tim Hortons

There is no chance I can get away with saying anything but ‘I’m a fan’ of this place. It’s the closest T-Ho’s to my apartment so more often than not I’m swinging through the drive-​thru for coffee and on the weekends for the odd breakfast when I’m on the road early. Okay, lets be real, I’m just lazy and don’t want to make breakfast on my day off. The drive-​thru personnel are really lovely at this location. They’re either smiling, giving my dog a Timbit (he goes crazy at drive-​thrus because he always thinks it’s Tim’s and that he will get a Timbit.) or making me laugh for one reason or another. I go here so often and I would say the percentage of mix-​ups is very low, about 10%. What I order is what I get, and that’s saying a lot because you know they are mega busy in there. You’d think the probability of getting a mixed up order would be a lot higher than it is. It’s cheap, consistent and the quality ain’t that bad either. For the record, my favourite donut is the coconut covered chocolate glaze. Odie’s is the old fashioned kind.

Andrea is super rude and annoyed. I asked to add pumpkin she said «you mean a shot?» I asked for half a dozen she said «you mean 6″». Lord have mercy. Coffee was quick. Thanks for the wifi.

Im always happy when they get my order right which is sad because you should expect that, hate going in to order my green tea but the last 3times in a row having the issues in the drive tru I had id rather not wait 10mins with multiple wrong orders. If tims cant keep up with double speaker orders then they shouldnt have it, ive left too many times with a partial order because I couldnt wait any longer.

I take back every good thing I’ve said about this Tim Hortons. Lately they have really been sucking! They cannot keep up with their new menu items — constantly messing up drink orders; I don’t think they have a clue what a Mocha Latte actually is because they never get it right. You have to repeat your order to them multiple times and double check when you receive it. Service is also dreadfully slow.
I use to be impressed by how they could be so busy yet so accurate and fast. I’m not sure what happened because this certainly isn’t the case anymore. I’ll stick to my local cafes!

For the most part I would have to say all Timmy’s are pretty much the same. The prices don’t vary, the products are the same, and they usually all have the same interior design.
This Tim’s location doesn’t really vary that much from others. What I found strange about this place is that they don’t take debit. Who doesn’t take debit now-​a-​days? It’s quite frustrating once you’ve already ordered your food and drinks and are told you can’t use your card for the purchase.
At least the lady helping us was nice enough to hold our order until we returned with cash. She was quite pleasant and very understanding. I’m guessing it happens often, though, because most people are used to being able to pay with their debit card.
I’ll just have to remember to bring cash the next time I visit this location.

I have to give this Tim’s (The Big T) a four star, it is such an improvement from the other one that was near by, now closed.
I am a full member of all drive through coffee places. I am sorry, I hate the cold and lately it has just been too darn cold to walk far.
I like this location, it is the only drive though in the area of downtown.
It is Tim’s, service with a smile, same coffee and donuts as other Tims.
I was sure glad to see this when I turned the corner.

Timmy hooooo’s. This location is open early like most so we’ve stopped here for belly filling before heading out on the road for frisbee tournaments. We are usually greeted by friendly, if somewhat un-​playful staff, who get our orders put together quickly. Just what you want in a morning coffee and doughnut run.
