Slowest drive thru you’d ever enter. Be aware, if you’re late for work and need a coffee, you’ll probably be even later

Service was fine, sometimes lines were long around the 10am time frame, but otherwise no issues. Sometimes they have free samples of new products like their new dark coffee. Haven’t tried lunch menu items, only breakfast and beverages. Tea options can be a little confusing since you have to specify if you ant their house brewed tea vs. bag in cup(traditional tea).

Honestly had more wrong orders from here than anywhere, ever. They discontinued low-fat muffins, their sugar is always incorrect because they never clean their machines. Their customer service is terrible, none of them actually listen to your order or care at all, and when you complaint, they stare at you, insincerely apologize and throw money/gift cards at you until you go away. The staff are honestly so rude. The only good thing about this place is the location.

This one of my favorite places to grab my morning java. But it would have to be the slowest ones in metro, one time I even spent 15 minutes in their drive through on a Saturday morning at 6:00am, with 2 cars ahead of me,(yes you read that right), I was NOT a happy camper, but this location is closer to me, I might have to give my business to the Express Take-Out next door at the Esso Station. The double drive thru did not make much of a difference. By the time I get to the window, my order is cold, or the coffee isn’t stirred. Mind you SOME of the staff are good people. But sometimes my order is sometimes wrong.

One of my favourite Tim Hortons locations that I’ve ever visited. Out of the countless times I have ordered from the Young Street location, I’ve only ever had my order screwed up just once. Not bad! The staff are usually quite fast behind the counter, and it can be surprising how fast the drive through can move at times as well(surprising because it is B-U-S-Y). There’s plenty of seating. Overall, it’s just a really great Tims… and I’m not reviewing the drinks and food because, seriously, what Canadian doesn’t know what Tims products taste like?

This location of Tim Hortons gets it right. It’s an incredibly busy spot, but the staff keeps things moving at a good pace, both in-store and in the drive-thru. Most importantly, the coffee is consistently good here, as is everything else.
