My first time there to get breakfast and had to wait for more than half an hour, while being served coffee the waitress just spilled all the coffee on top of my lap leaving my pants and clothes completely soaked! But thank god that the manager or owner was kind enough to offer a canned fruit bowl! If I was a a bad individual I could’ve sued them for the occasion, as the coffee was boiling hot and the least they should have done was having the common courtesy of not accepting any pay for the breakfast!

Visited here with my family and it was just lovely. Staff were so warm and friendly. The food was delicious and hot. Coffee was the best. We will be back great for families.

I CAN NOT believe there are bad reviews on here! I have been three times now and the service and food have been nothing but amazing. It did take a little long for the food but it’s not a huge deal. The first time we went the server didn’t like the way my friends eggs looked, and brought him new ones. Seriously? that’s amazing. The staff have been fantastic each time and the pancakes are also great! Definitely worth the drive on a Sunday morning with the family. FREE WIFI TOO! going back this weekend!

Sooo good and you must try this place if you love breakfast food! The location recently changed and it’s quite a far from Mississauga but the drive is really scenic so that’s hardly a con.
The food is amazing and the new restaurant is a huge upgrade from their original cozy little spot. The service we receive is always above and beyond.
Definitely pricier than most but depending on what you get– it can be well worth it. I recommend the Apple Cinnamon pancakes, the western sandwich and eggs benedict — my favourite!

I wanted so badly to give this place a great rating as I’ve been many times to the old location, but I just can’t!
The service was very very slow and they weren’t even full capacity busy! 55 minutes for our meals to be served?! We were beginning to think the chickens were laying the eggs in the back! They forgot some of our order also and never even mentioned it.
Sad sad times! We mentioned it to the assistant manager and she kindly took 10 dollars off our bill but that wasn’t even 20% off so it was a it disappointing since the service was bad, my friends eggs came warm not nice and hot and the server was less than competent.
I will sincerely think twice about coming back. Sad day for me :(. I really used to look forward to coming here when I was in town.

Good first experience. Went for lunch with 3 adults. The bacon and eggs breakfast ($ 8) was good and cooked the way I ordered it. Home fries were super. Strawberry waffle ($ 11) was crisp and light but not enough strawberries (4 or 5 berries) and they used whip topping, not whip cream — a big mistake, in my opinion. Sandwich special ($ 8) was tasty with good bread choices.
Service was excellent. Location is clean with a very nice atmosphere.
If they scratch made more menu items it would be a total winner.

This place was off the charts good. Ignore the lower star reviews, that is not a good depiction of what is going on in this fine establishment. I had the Canadian Omelette and it was the size of a small baby. My wife had the strawberry supreme waffle, it was an explosion of strawberry goodness, the kinda waffle you would drool over (I included a picture). My brother got the Oreo pancakes, ya thats right, Oreo … Pancakes. These need no further explanation, mind blown, not sure how I never thought of this before! Anyway, this is the spot. Kudos to my bro Bart for the recommendation.

Must agree with other reviews, you would think a place calling themselves the ‘pancake factory’ would use fresh and from scratch ingredients. Also, I tried the eggs benny for breakfast. It was really not good. Eggs where over done, hollandaise sauce was a bit ‘crusty’ and the ham tasted off or really low quality (I think off).
Owner of Norval Pancake Factory — Please step up your quality! There are so few options in Georgetown. You could make this a restaurant destination by simply using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch — spend some time visiting brunch places in Leslieville to understand how much better your food should be.
They get two stars for having friendly staff and not bad coffee.

30 minute wait to be seated, 35 minutes for food to arrive. We order basic breakfast items. Pancakes were just average. Was hoping for more than simply apple pie filling and raisins tossed on top. I can make that? The food as OKAY but pricey. 4 adults, $ 92.
Items got missed on our order, items arrived late as well. Sunset Grill is a much better bet and value. Faster service, and better prices. Seems other reviews share similar experiences.

Dropped by for breakfast on a Friday since we haven’t been able to get near the place on the weekend. We live down the street from the new location. I had one of the specials on the board. Eggs with turkey bacon. I subbed the potatoes and toast for a pancake at an additional 50 cents. My husband had the lumberjack. Service was fast. We were in and out in 40 mins. I was impressed with the new location. Much bigger than the one in Norval. Looks like there’s a second dinning room at the back. Our bill came to $ 32. Also included a chocolate milk and a tea. No complaints. I won’t be attempting to ever eat there on a weekend. I’ve seen the line ups out the door and around the corner. All in all a good experience.

Excellent service from «Brad Pitt». Very cozy environment — needs a little more Mom & Pop kitch though. Don’t eat for 2 days prior to going bc the portions are American-​sized.
Seems like the locals are ripping on this place bc it doesn’t represent a former location… #moveforwardwithyourlives there is nothing to complain about here. Good for groups, friends, families… And they have way more than pancakes on the menu.

Today I am sad to say the food was so bad I had to send back my eggs Benny it was awful then they brought me a toasted western it was way too salty I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t send it back but I really am not happy Effie didn’t even say sorry about how bad my eggs Benny was just to some other customers who complained our waiter Jamie was nice and very apologetic, I don’t think we will go back not sure yet.

The word pancake might be in the name but it never made it outta the kitchen. If the pancakes didn’t come from a premixed product in a box I’d be shocked. I was very disappointed. With my faux pancakes I also tried the bacon and eggs with homefries. All ok. The fries I liked very much, also the toast was excellent with a good quality bread used. The coffee comes in large mugs and was a definitely good.
The restaurant itself is very nice and the staff friendly. I felt comfortable. Prices were reasonable. I will give them 2 stars because I felt misled into thinking I was getting some pancakes made from scratch.
I will try this place again BUT not for pancakes.

We waited 25 minutes before anyone even took our order and by the time we got our food (breakfast) it was cold. Overall cold food and very very slow service, I do not recommend.
